Grid distribution of small-capacity renewable energy systems
Problem: I have come to realize I know the basics of the generation side but when it comes to transmission I'm clueless.
I am trying to figure out the minimum required transmission lines for at least a 1 MW renewable system. I am working to build a map and I want to filter out transmission lines that would be too small for project tie in... But I don't know the minimum value.
Could someone point me at the right answer?

In my opinion:
First of all, consider the total power consumption and the capacity of your 1MW power plant.
Suppose there are 3 power consumption areas: A, B, C. Call power consumption is P. Then the first condition is Pa + Pb + Pc < P1mw
The next problem, which is the transformer for power transmission. As usual, we need transformers to reduce power loss when transmitting electricity. Transformer includes turbocharger and low voltage.
Basic physics will calculate this. The best way is to invite an expert.
Next, it stores excess electricity from the power plant. I don't really understand this problem, but maybe the big battery and the inverter.
Regardless of the idea for the electrical system, automation control for the electrical system, they can be decoded by Arduino software.
Using Arduino is only difficult at the beginning, meaning learning how to use it, including interfaces, functions, etc. Then you just need to put the idea into the Arduino. And it will decode your ideas into automated systems.
